As cars now have electronic control units (E.C.U.), they basically have their very own computer that monitors how the vehicle is running. The E.C.U. receives signals from the engine and regularly amends your vehicle’s settings to ensure that your car is running as efficiently as possible. The E.C.U. will also store information on any faults that occur. This will be presented to you via a warning light on your dashboard. In some cases specialist diagnostic equipment is required to help get to the bottom of these faults, that’s where we come in.
